Kickstarter has a Decorative Verified Bank in the form of a Bottle with Wireless Charging

Startup Disconnect presented on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter gadget called Gloo – an unusual wireless charger in the form of a bottle with LED lighting. Its shape is deceptive – in Gloo you can not pour water, because the bottle is stuffed with batteries.

The creators position Gloo as a verified bank, which serves as an element of decor. It is available in two sizes. To a small version (20.3 × 8.3 cm, 800 grams) for 9,600 mAh, three devices can be connected simultaneously, one of which will be charged without wires. A large model (32.8 × 10.6 cm, 1,200 grams) is equipped with a 20,000 mAh battery, two USB ports and two Qi wireless charges.

In Gloo there is a backlight, which can be controlled via a special application on the smartphone or the touch panel at the top (on the “lid” of the bottle). Instead of the control panel, you can connect various devices to the gadget: for example, a 360-degree camera.

Currently, Gloo Mini can be purchased for $59, and Gloo Regular – for $119. However, over time, their cost will increase. Developers have released a corporate trial application for iOS and Android, which will show the postal banks in augmented reality. At the time of writing the news, the creators have collected more than $23 thousand from $50 thousand needed – they can be supported for another 33 days.
